Has anyone else not been contacted about an interview yet? I am in England and a lot of people I know have already had their interviews and they sent their apps in at the same time as me. Is anyone else in a similar situation?!?!?

When you submit your application is immaterial.

You should get one within the next two weeks, and, if not, it’s no big deal.

yeah ummmm i applied for scea and til now i still haven’t been contacted… which is really weird really weird
i’m getting anxious, really anxious

haven’t gotten one yet either

I didn’t get one either…

me neither.

me neither, although many of my classmates already have gotten interviews, though they only submitted their apps a few days before mine.

I applied EA and still haven’t gotten one either…
when is the due date anyway? Feb 15?

You EA folks, were you deferred? I don’t know if you’re allowed to have interviews now as though you were RD. But the deadline for interview reports for SCEA candidates has already passed. So assuming you’re not forwarded to interviewers in the RD round, you probably won’t be getting one. (Maybe someone who knows differently can correct me on that, though)

If you’re RD, DON’T WORRY. You may end up not having an interview, but the Yale website makes it clear that it won’t be held against you if you don’t have one.

I’m like 90% sure that deferred EA candidates are good for interviews. Regardless, though, I notice that Kujalulu’s location is China, in which case a lack of an interview may be attributed simply to a lack of a local Yale alumni presence.
