Now that I got accept to Cal, I want to drop a class...

I'm taking Math 1C which is not pre -requisite class for my intended major..

but, it's really pain in my Assssssssssss..

is it ok to drop it??

after that units are still going to be over 90 (quater).

what do u think?

Don’t do it until you contact your admissions officer. If you log on to the Berkeley app page, it will bring up a bunch of boxes with info. If you look in the lower left hand corner of the page, it has the name of your admissions officer. DO. NOT. DROP. until you speak to that person. I know that you want quick advice, but don’t take the advice of people on a message board over the advice of someone at the school. Good luck.

^ good advice

For the future references, I emailed my admission officer, he said as long as it doesn’t affect my admissions. I’d be able to drop it… and he’s also changed my classes I need to finish on conditions… haha,

so, I’m dropping it.

yeah the admissions officers are SOOOOO nice , very responsive and hella cool. I dont know if I will go to Berk, but it is moving up from the bottomof my list for sure with my experience today. I got two classes knocked off, just incase I want to drop them, I can. Its cool.
