Okay, so I have been invited to National Youth Leadership Forum on Law, and People to People Leadership Summit for this coming summer. I will probably be able to go to only one, so if you have been to either, could you please tell me what you liked about it?

NYLF Pros:
-Washington DC (i think)
-You get to work on mock trials and stuff

PTP Pros:
- There are many different types and locations that you can pick
- Workshops and stuff

I don't know that much about either, so if you have been, your feedback would be greatly appreciated!

well I guess they might be scams. If your looking for something to put on a college app, I don’t think either would be significant (although I don’t know too much about people to people). I did NYLF on Medicine though, and it was a great experience. I met alot of great friends, and learned alot about a career that I was considering. I’m not sure how law works, but one thing I didn’t completely like was that they focused so much on the MCATS when I still had to deal with SATs. So its sort of a scam, but a fun scam :)

if you can pay, and you aren’t doing anything else, it wouldn’t hurt to go. But again, not the most prestigious or anything…
