A friend got off the CAS waitlist but decided to let go of it. CAS wasn’t full, but it probably will be now.
@Grusminion Yeah, probably. A lot of schools didn’t even open their waitlists this time (eg MIT and Georgetown.)
@pleasecallme I started this thread because I was in the same exact situation as all of you, and the uncertainty was driving me crazy so I thought creating this would help. I got into Steinhardt for Nutrition as a Spring Admit on Thursday afternoon. It came as a huge surprise to me, because my stats are on the low side for NYU- 3.5 UW GPA and 1220 SAT. However, I worked hard in my Junior and Senior years of highschool and got almost all A’s with an upward trend. Just know that there is hope, and no matter where you guys end up, I hope you will be happy!!
I just got an interest email for Stern, does this mean i’m a candidate for the june round of admissions?
I just got an interest email for Stern as well…is it possible we can hear from them this month, or are we stuck waiting for even longer?

I have not heard anything from Stern so I am guessing I am not getting in
Classic. The one year the interest emails mean nothings is the year i apply to this school. Also if anyone heard anything please update us!

At this moment we can conclude that CAS is full?
@kadima295 I agree but I think we need to concede that the chances are only a ‘few’ will be admitted from the waitlist.

I just got accepted to Stern today. Exactly 24 hours after receiving the interest letter. @just1moreminute the letter were sent at 2:30 pm Lisbon time, idk what it is for you.
Did everyone who got the interest letter for Stern get accepted? Could there be more Stern acceptances in the near future?
