Well I think it also depends on when they receive your application

Still no sign of a FA change for me either. :(

@rodrigo9 @chances1please Any reason that both of you decided to ED2 instead of regular since you were both deferred from Wharton, and thus theoretically still have a fighting chance at Penn.

Well I sent in everything for my application in mid-late December though so it was over a month, which isnāt too immediate considering they make decisions over a 1.5 month period for ED II :P

i didnt apply for aid and i got the change last weekā¦ submitted on dec 20.

@sternhopeful2018 i applied to huntsman/whartonā¦ i didnt rlly think i had a chance gettin in rdā¦ so i just cut my losses and went with stern ed2

I applied for aid and I got the change just the week after Jan 1, and I submitted Dec 30th.

we should just ask spongebob123ā¦

@NYUhopeful1 Unfortunately the FA-changed rejected posters didnāt say whether they applied for aid, so that remains unknown

@spongebob123 did you apply for aid for NYU? Lol

Lol I applied for scholarships (merit only) though, does that count as aid?

Dāoh

@stjohnson Iām not sure, prob not cause arenāt scholarships for later?

Oh nevermind

@outonalimb Well hopefully spongebob123 sees this lol and @stjohnson I donāt think it does. I think the admissions committee decides the scholarship but I doubt ed kids get scholarship because they essentially have to go there lol

i just pmed himā¦

i mean the main question that needs to be asked is if all applicant who do not apply for aid eventually get the fa changeā¦

hehe hopefully it doesnāt come off as we bombarded the poor guy.

Haha well if we establish that everyone who doesnāt apply for aid eventually gets the change then basically we found the reason of why some people with the fa change get rejected

@NYUhopeful1 what would that reason be though?
