<p>I am wondering whether I have a good shot at NYU ED or not :P</p>
<p>Im a senior in a small private school.</p>
<p>My SAT is 1380, or 2040 on the new scale, with CR 580, M 800, W 660
(it has been increasing since my first two SATs were 1660, 1820)
(and I will not take it again)</p>
<p>My GPA is 4.12 weighted, all A's in 9th, all A's in 10th, A's and two B's 11th, and one B currently in AP English class.</p>
<p>My school is reaally small with about 30 kids in my class.</p>
<p>Awards, EC's, community services (about 380 hours in helping rehabilitation of ex-criminals, which i think it might sound interesting to the adcoms)</p>
<p>Im trying to apply for NYU CAS in Pre-med major.
What is my chance??</p>
<p>You're in. C'mon it's NYU. Which in my opinion, is one of the crappiest and overrated universities in the nation.</p>
<p>I believe that you will get in but I would not apply ED since you do not get a chance to compare offers and NYU is notorious for not giving good aid (there average grant aid is around $6000) so your parents will have a hefty bill to pay because your grades/scores do not put you in the pocket for the big $$</p>
<p>agreed. nyu is overrated. nyu does not give good aid.</p>
<p>should i have mentioned that i am international? which means, that i probably won't get any finantial aid even if i went to some state universities.</p>
