Only a little more than a week…God.

Since we’re all anxiously waiting… I’ll share a NYU story with everyone :D

My cousin applied for NYU’s nursing major but was rejected…and instead put in Stern’s Finance major. She’s graduated for a while now, and she’s reapplying for graduate school at NYU. Interesting right?

Has anyone here visited NYU…any of it’s campuses?

I’ve visited the New York campus - wow you’re applying ED and you haven’t visited the campus?

me? haha I’ve visited twice :)

Man this FA garbage is holding back my sleep.

@gaborik10 dude same here. i’m stressing out hoping it doesn’t mean anything but my conscience is making me go check Albert everyday

Yeah figures something like this would happen to me…always does.

I have given up all hypothesis about the change in FA… Why don’t we just keep calm and face the result 10 days later? Anxiety help nothing : )

9 days!!!

Pretty much 8 days now… AHHHH… time needs to pass more quickly!!

If I get accepted, I have to wait and see if the financial aid package estimate would allow me to enroll. I hope (if accepted) the two arrive at the same time.

Yeah, NYU is pretty notorious for being less-than-generous when it comes to financial aid.

Anybody here applied to Poly?

Newbie just wanting to know why people are saying that the notification date is December 13. Today’s NYU blog, and my phone call to the school, indicate notification will be on Sunday, December 15. Thanks.

Albert says - “We expect that all admission decisions will be sent via email on December 13th after 5pm (Eastern Standard Time) for Early Decision I candidates…”

@canondale- you called the school and they said decisions were coming out the 15? I just read the blog and it looks like that’s what’s happening. Poo. I can’t wait two more days!

Ugh, that’s really annoying! Then why does it say Dec 13 on Albert? Can someone clear this up?

I think the only way to clear this up is to email them or something. Speculating is pointless without actual information.

Seriously, how do they screw that up? It says clearly on the site that it’s Dec. 13 yet the blogger is the dean of admissions. I hope this is not we can expect from NYU.

True. Who wants to be the one to call/email? I think we should make sure to ask them specifically why it says 13th on Albert but 15th everywhere else.
