Oh, one of the answers was 48! I can’t remember the question, though.
There was also an answer of 65 degrees

i see how it can be 130 but for some reason i dont think thats the right equation. FOR PEOPLE WHO GOT 330/APPROX 300…how did we? its wierd cause how did we alll make the same mistake (for those who got 300)???

@Galinda, yes it was 65 degrees, and there was one with 48…

Oh, what was the answer for the question 2x + 2y = 10 and x-y = 10, what is x? I can’t remember the question exactly, but it was something like that.

There was a question where the slope between two points was five, because it was possible to figure out that the line on the y-axis was 25 units up…I’m probably not explaining it well.

@Galinda, the question was: w+2x+y = 10 and 2w+2x+2y = 10, and x was 5 i think. next, the slope was indeed 5.

@galindathatgood: I think it was -2/7x or -7/2x something like that.

So, just to recap:

1) 1600
2) a+b=6
3) Highest perimeter is 33
4) 130 Fahrenheit
5)Half square = 128
6) Cube - 54
7) 9/22
8)2xsqrt(3)
9)6.5
10) Slope = -1/3
11) 330 (Sandra, L=2s+30, 150(2)+30=330)
12)x+y (6/7 greatest value)
13)-1/2x+7
14) 48
15) 65 degrees

Woops, quick revision!

@Galinda, please describe the question so we can tell what it was.

can we make a list for critical reading questions

@earthand you got 300 because you forgot the “30 more than”. You just saw the “twice Sandra’s contribution” which was 150*2.

Yes @Galinda can you please put the questions along with them? That would be reeeaaally helpful :).

can someone describe problem 10 with -1/3 slope and number 14 with answer 48

how is the cube 54?

wait WHAT QUESTION IS -1/3?

AND WHhich one is 48?!

What question is -1/3? do you mean (-1,3)?

(-1/3) is the one about the graph reflected across the y-axis. I think it was the last question on the section.

Does anyone remember what this ‘48’ one was about? :/

WHats 48 people. comeon you guys are slacking…

The 3, 5, 8, 13, 18 question…was the answer something like 998?

Does anyone remember any other problems?

@Galinda I put that too.
