October 2012 SAT Discussion

^ Good luck, mate!

Good luck!

Good lucky buddy! I’m assuming you’re international, huh?

Good luck!

SAT’s tomorrow… fun. I love these pre-SAT nerves. I shouldn’t be nervous, but I am.

how do i calm the nerves?! is it bad i just did 2 CR sections?

I’m just telling myself it’s a practice test to see my max - to see exactly how high I can score.

I’m taking the Sunday one and it’s on the 14th. Now I have to be nervous while you guys are done.

hey fellas, it’s 6:00. test starts @ 8. A little bit of fear and a little bit of excitation!

( international student from Nepal)

^ Good luck to you, too!

I think I’ll go to bed around 10PM so that I can get a good eight hours in. I don’t want to get too little or too much sleep.

we can do this!

When I get excited I yell random words.

Yahtzee!!! Bingo!!! Jai Ho!!!

Also what should I bring to the test tomorrow besides:
Calculator(w/ extra batteries)
4-5 sharpened pencils
Admission Ticket
Student ID
and of couse a happy, positive disposition

I feel like I am forgetting something…

Dear God,
Please allow me to score over 2300 !
Amen !

Dear God, please have all the words on sent. comp. be of my knowledge. Amen

What time will you guys be waking up tomorrow?

6:20ish. Need to leave home by 7:15 to get there by 7:30am.

Dear God,
Please have all of the math questions be addition and subtraction. Also have a good essay prompt that I can write a lot about.

Amen.

But we all get different essay topics o.o.

Anyways, I’m pretty scared. Currently poring over the 12 or so practice tests I’ve done so far and looking at the mistakes. Mostly math since I usually ace Critical Reading (plus it’s easy to concentrate during the real test) and writing MC. Now the essay, though… Hoping to get around an 11. I tend to write quite slowly, since I don’t follow any template or anything, plus I usually go for single topic essays (more analysis), so :(.

I thought everything was the exact same except sections are muddled around in each book?

WHy is no one discussing lol?
