Off campus furniture

Where's the best place to get furniture for off-campus apartments? If any of you are students moving out at the end of this summer, I'm looking to buy full furniture for an apartment in midtown. Please PM me and we'll go from there. If you know of a good place to find stuff, also let me know... websites, good stores that sell used furniture, etc.

gainesville furniture classifieds - craigslist

Wow, wonder how much would be on the list when I actually move down there and need the stuff, lol.

You've gotta love Craigslist. Maybe get yourself something else while you buy furniture.

My son graduated and is selling his desk and bedroom furniture. We bought it new 3 years ago and it's in like-new condition. There's a queen size bed, nightstand, chest of drawers, desk and chair. PM me for contact info if anyone is interested.

Just wondering since I read that on a website that you could also rent furniture at some apartments. Anyone know how much that is? Also, yea on Craigslist there were some nice stuff for cheap prices that I wished I already lived in Gainesville so I could buy it then. I'm wondering about the above since I'm probably guessing if you can get cheap stuff off craiglist, you can probably get it all cheaper that way then paying for however long.

what apartment complex are you living at?

you might be able to rent a furniture package from them, otherwise, right at the end of summer people will be selling a bunch of stuff.

be really careful with craigslist stuff.. some of those people are creeeepy mccreeperstons.
