<p>You’ll have difficulty finding a 2br for that price. Right across the street (the University Town Center apartments) usually cost about $1700-$2200 or so depending on which community you live in. Unless you don’t mind taking the bus (the bus cuts are pretty bad) or biking to class, there are not much more options. You’ll probably have an easier time sleeping in a triple or having five people share a 2br apartment.</p>
<p>Why do you need a 2bed? If you have another person with you, then get 2 more people to share the apt with, so they can share the other room. You’ll end up paying 400-500 per person. </p>
<p>I’m sorry but it is very rare to find an apt in irvine with a 2bed for $1200.</p>
