Very happy to have been accepted, I love BC and think its an awesome school... I doubt that I'll be attending, however, because I was accepted to MIT last week (you're just up the charles, nice and close!!). In any case,Congrats to all of you, BC is an amazing place, and the Jesuits are the best!!!</p>
<p>i was accepted today, but i have a whole bunch of questions. it says that i received four years of housing...does that mean the costs are covered or is this just something offered to everyone? also, i have not yet applied for financial aid at bc. does that place me at a disadvantage? also, i come from an upper-middle class family (i'm not rich either...my dad is a urologist and my mom is unemployed), so how much should i expect to receive? does it make a difference that my family and i lived in apartments most of our lives (got our own house when i was in jr. high) or is that irrelevant now that we are fairly well off? this is important to me because i often have conflicts with my parents and i really want to make myself independent of them and make use of their money as little as possible. thanks guys.</p>
<p>On my acceptance letter from BC my application reviewer, whose first name is Jeff wrote, "Hope to see you at BC, _ _ _ _" and signed in ball point pen. Did anybody else have this experience?</p>
