I’d be ecstatic to receive a presidential scholarship, but as for now fingers crossed for a acceptance!

SwatBoy can you post some of your stats?

Wait so were your emails from current students? Or from like an admissions counselor? Because mine was from a sophomore I think…?

Mine was from a current student.

I received it from a sophomore and a senior. They seemed to share my interests, Biology, Psychology, lax and one was also African-American. Btw i have a 32 ACT and a 3.8 uw gpa

I didn’t receive any letter from current students, and no call from an alum. Does this mean denial/deferral?

I really have no idea!

Received one email a week or so ago from a student with my same area of study.

I received my email back in november -_- from a nursing student, real helpful when I want to go into finance

From what I’ve heard, the emails/calls mean nothing. I knew people last year who got them and didn’t get in and people who didn’t get them and got in. Other schools do the same thing.

All the emails from current students to prospective students are done via a student-run organization called the Student Admissions Program (SAP). I can assure you that their emails do not bring you any preference in the admissions process. BC does not track interest of applicants. The emails are strictly to serve as a helpful way of informing prospective students of all that BC has to offer. Also, ThatkidfromNJ if you have any questions about CSOM/Finance I would be happy to answer any questions that you have (I’m in CSOM).

That’s a huge relief. Thank you!

when will accepted or rejection letter be sent! im nervous.

When will they be mailed???

Apparently they are going to mail them next week Monday. Both acceptances and rejections.

What about deferrals?

-Goldenchild95
How hard is csom? I am a hard worker, i’m great when it comes to numbers and all that sort of thing, but am I going to be completely shown up by wiz kids who can do this stuff in like 3 seconds? How much studying do you do on average?

Hooniebangoo - I haven’t received emails or calls, but I’m from Oklahoma? I think maybe it depends on where you’re from? They may not recruit in some areas… I dunno.

has anyone received a deferal letter?

I just called and they told me decisions being mailed on Monday the 16th. Good luck to everyone. East coast will probably receive first, so be sure to let us know when you start receiving them. Those of us on the west coast will be the last to know :(
