Official March SAT Math Discussion 2008

^ REALLY!? Yay!

Someone confirm!

hey any predictions on score for 2 wrong and two omit....it would really help...thanks

^ around 740 i am guessing

i think much lower...

2 wrong and 2 omit i think would be 700 or 720 at max.

But then again i got 2 wrong and 1 omit on a practice SAT and got 760... so who knows

what's the 5sq rt 6 question you guys had in the answer list?

haha i'll take the 740

is the curve preset??

yeah good question...some are saying it is and some say it isnt

anyone remember the question for the 6sqrt5 one?? with the hypotenuse?

what is predicted score for 2 omissions and 0 wrong (hopefully that is what i got)...but does anyone know what score that would come out to be?

hmmm i didnt know we could talk about this!

well its been at least a week..

Just got my Jan QAS, 2 omit for math on that test was a 760

sounds about right for math

does ANYONE remember a question that had a big triangle with a smaller triangle built into it at the top, the left side of the small triangle was like 4, the left side of the big triangle was 10, the bottom side of the small triangle was x+3 and the bottom side of the big triangle was 5x, what is the area of the trapezoid that is formed from within these 2 triangles?

and i saw many people put 30 for stretching one side of some triangle and find new angle.... i thought i put 72? how do u do that question?
