<p>actually i do want to join the honors program :)thanks for mentioning it. i just want to get my classes sorted out then ill move on to that. i graduated hs with honors so i would like to continue in college. :)</p>
<p>if u graduated with honors in hs, you may be eligible to jump straight into the honors program at mtsac. :D</p>
<p>if not after 1 semester you can get into it as well…</p>

im sure you already know the process of creating a club etc…but if u dont talk to eula grey in the student life center. shes really informative. </p>
<p>i did ICC for honors ambassadors and its good to see that the clubs went from 10 to 30+ now…lol </p>

anyone know if i can still get the classes that are transferable. i had to sign up late for mt sac because i was kicked from ucr.</p>
<p>ouch…yes you very well can still get classes. friday is the deadline to pay for fees and the new rule is if you dont pay fees by “deadline” you will be AUTOMATICALLY DROPPED. </p>
<p>i predict that friday morning when those comps start auto dropping, classes will open.
do your best to be persistent in refreshing the page and trying to get onto waitlists for classes you want. and make up back up lsits of classes you dont want but need to take IE: GE’s, pre-reqs etc.</p>

<p>I’m on the waitlist for classes POLI 9, PSYC 1A, SOC 1 at 9th, 9th & 8th position.</p>
<p>is there a good chance I’ll get into these or no? The only class I’m registered for is ENGL 68 (and I was on the waitlist for this) which starts in Oct. So I only have 4 credits, if I take classes that aren’t general ed requirements- is that a good idea?</p>
<p>ok so i know today is the last day to pay for fees. but im still not registered for any class. im on waitlist for 2 classes. what fees am i supposed to pay for by today? do i have to pay for any student health fee, student activities fee, or enrollment fee by today? and if so can they be paid through the portal?</p>

<p>@nifloe - i still think ull get the classes. if you take classes that arent GE requirements but are transferable then its okay. if you take classes that arent transferable then…you are basically racking up units ONLY for seniority over other students. keep waiting IMO, but if u really feel the need, make a list of classes you can take.</p>
<p>@thatone - i believe you only have to pay for classes you are registered for, not waitlisted. as for any other fees…i think those can wait. not 100 percent sure. id call into mtsac and find out. please post back if you do!</p>
