There is processing time of about two-three weeks before you’ll get a confirmation email ( at least according to past NU threads ).
Just sent my application! I know I probably won’t get in because of my sh*t class rank, recs, GPA, and SAT subject test scores but maybe my essays ecs and SAT score can save me idk probably not lolol. I would seriously be shocked if I managed to get accepted lol

Hey @CaliCash , can you confirm that we get a confirmation email that we are in the ED round on Nov. 15th ish?
Also, don’t ask for chances here guys. It’s really hard to tell who can get in and who can’t, just try your best and don’t look back.

@RamenUniversity I’m in the same boat… I’m kinda hoping (PRAYING) for acceptance but I’m trying to control myself and be ready to bounce back for other applications if I don’t. I can get pretty devastated and start beating myself up for it so I have to be careful. Same goes for everyone else! Don’t beat yourselves up too much!!

@RamenUniversity I did 2 subject tests Math II (800) & Chemistry (750). I was hesitant to send in my chemistry score because it was around 70th percentile but after much consideration, I realised its a decent score. Don’t worry and just try get over 700s. The weightage on these (unless you’re applying for engineering or something specific) is minimal and unless you do horribly, it won’t hurt your chances.

Yeah, me too! I submitted my ED application over a week ago and still haven’t received an email from Northwestern. Received from my EA schools though
