36= -0
35=-1
34=-2
33=-3
32=-4/-5…</p>
<p>Meh… I’d disagree. There is a test in the red book that has a math scale like this:
36= 58-60
35= 56-57
34= 54-55
33= 52-53
32= 51
31= 50</p>
<p>Now I’m not saying that this will be the scale. However, the test with this scale in the red book was seemingly much easier than October’s ACT (at least for me). I have a good vibe that this scaling will be much more lenient than you suggest.</p>
<p>This test wasn’t that bad, most of the hard stuff was conceptual, but nothing you had to do lots of math for. I don’t think the scaling will be that easy.</p>
<p>I don’t think it will be THAT easy either, but closer than your scale. I scored a 33 in September and I knew that I had gotten 4 wrong. I would say that for most people this test was more difficult than the September test.</p>
<p>even if the math test was a “little harder than September” I’m still expecting it to be -1=36, -2=35. If a lot of ppl miss only like 2~3 don’t expect generosity lol.</p>
<p>I’m just telling you that I believe the scale will be much more lenient. And I wouldn’t say “a lot of people only will miss 2-3”. I think you will be surprised.</p>
<p>Well considering the fact I got a 35 on September’s ACT AND I missed a lot more questions than the normal curve in practice tests, I would say you guys should relax until test day if the math section was that much harder.</p>

<p>Just took February 2014 ACT. seems like it was the same as this October 2012 test based on the posts.
Did anyone get the question of a performance was rated from 1-3. 30% voted 1, 60% voted 2, 10% voted 3.What was the average rating? choices like 1.8 ,2 ,2.2, 2.4 </p>
<p>Lol this is the same as the February 2014 test. No wonder I felt like this test was easy as hell</p>
