@jjloehr That’s just a coincidence. Don’t read into it.
@momo2x2018 If I recall correctly, for the EA round, Princeton either accepts or defers only.
@jjloehr That’s just a coincidence. On the other hand, it is NOT a bad sign.
@TheBoringKid You can email your problem to the financial aid office.
How is everyone here not keeping stressed with decisions coming out in 3 weeks? I can’t seem to stop thinking about it and I have IB exams in less than 2 months…
@SusChangeMaker if you can, try to get active. Exercise is a huge stress-reliever. Also make sure you’re getting enough sleep and eating healthy at least some of the time.
@SusChangeMaker Maybe it is not the best idea, but here is what I have done: accepted that a rejection is coming, fallen in love with my matches/safeties, and chilled out on here trying to reduce everyone else’s stress.
Not gonna lie tho, as my username implies, there are some nights which I would call “diving head first into the CC blackhole and stressing out.” They’ve been becoming less frequent though
@SusChangeMaker Honestly having MIT decisions come out next week has done a great job of focusing all my anxiety onto Pi Day, and then hopefully from there on all worry I have will be assuaged (for better or for worse).
@tvpeople Same here! Although Caltech coming out on Saturday doesn’t help much either. :-SS
@jessiejessie I have mailed them but haven’t received any response!!
@ski_racer I couldn’t agree more with you on the point of the benefits of exercises in minimizing the ridiculous stress I am currently going through!
@tvpeople me too, although its even more stress stacked on pi day for me bc I was deffered from MIT and it’s still a top choice of mine. I’m hoping that afterwards, I’ll either be so happy that I don’t stress ivy day, or I accept potentially going to my safety and still don’t have stress. But the next 4 days or so will be tough.
@TheBoringKid Princeton is need-blind, though the deadline is Feb 1st, you still have time to fill it out. Good luck!
@TheBoringKid Do you receive the missing princeton financial aid info email?
@jessiejessie Yes. Is something wrong if I received the email?
@TheBoringKid id No. Just because one of my friends received this email as well.
I received the missing aid email for SCEA, so I filled it out. I ended up being deferred. @jessiejessie @TheBoringKid
@Pianomonster20 Stress Level → ∞
I’m pretty sure that if you received an email from Princeton about missing financial aid documents, it just means you’re missing financial aid documents.
