<p>lol im getting a kick out of the fact they are opening up stuff we can’t use lol. The housing form opened up but we need our netIDs to do so lol. We still arent in the database fyi lol. </p>
<p>I totally love how when I first called to get my netID weeks ago they were saying “You dont get a netID until the semester starts yatta yatta yatta.” Yeah Registrars Office is completely clueless lol.</p>
<p>So i went to my schools Instant Decision Day today and got into Rutgers Newark!!! =)</p>

<p>You can register online from webreg. Whenever there is a spot open, you can immediately register for that class.</p>

<p>So I went on enrollment pathway and clicked on placement testing and was exempt from taking any accuplacer tests. But it didn’t give me the date for registration…</p>

<p>what! you got exempt already Nj? I hope I don’t have to take any english or math placement. I’ve already done two English Comp classes and forgot everything I learned. Sentence structure, grammar, everything lol. PS Registration happens at Orientation which we don’t know when that is… hah</p>

<p>I believe, you don’t have to take any placement test if you have a semester worth of english composition class and calculus that “will” transfer.</p>
<p>NJstudent, where does it say that you are exempt from taking the math and english placement test?</p>
<p>I know that we can NOT register at the moment but I was saying that even though we get the last pick, we can still stalk the webreg 24/7 and see if someone drops his/her class. We are NOT going to be able to register until orientation. That is in January.</p>

Yeh I was EXEMPT from the accuplacer =) as long as you took English Comp. I and II. Also, if you took Precal. But it asked me for Calculus and I put “In Progress” since Im taking that right now at my cc. </p>

You have to go on Enrollment Pathway and click on “Placement testing” and go on Office of the Dean of Student Affairs. Then sign up for Spring 2012 registration and after you log in. Its gonna ask you a bunch of questions to determine if you need to take the accuplacer.
