<p>Hi123456, what do you mean rutgers missed your gen chem lab and bio credit? Are you coming from community college in NJ?</p>

<p>I don’t think we will be able to see what courses transfer and what will NOT just yet. I believe they will send us an email for that.</p>

Maybe you’re right, it doesn’t have much detail as a transcript evaluation. But it really shows courses they’ve evaluated. @_@ .

I came from CC.
Rutgers didn’t include my Gen Chem and Gen Bio credits even I’ve already taken it last semester.
I should better call them, but I just don’t know where to call.</p>

<p>If you come from a NJ community college and if NJ transfer says the course is transferable, then it will transfer. Don’t worry.</p>

<p>Accepted!! Does anyone know anything about a January orientation? Any mention I have found of STARS days are always during the summer for fall transfers, but I am hoping we have an orientation too! Also, I signed up for a placement test day on Jan. 7th (I have high enough ACT English score, so only taking math), but then is it another 2 weeks after this date before getting scores and THEN we can register for classes? This can’t be right because the term will have started…? I’m wondering if I should cancel that placement test appointment and just wait to see if I even need to take any. Overall just confused about if/what we need to be doing at the moment…</p>

<p>PS has anyone got their financial aid offer back? and has anyones student loan gotten verified by Rutgers. My loan is still waiting on Rutgers to give the necessary information… I dont know what to do.</p>

<p>@crazyappsgirl, I had a 3.8-ish unweighted GPA from high school (4.8 weighted, they just add a point on), and an SAT superscore of 2220, the breakdown something like 730 CR, 710 M, 780 W. Not sure what my grades for the first trimester of college are going to be yet.</p>

<p>i’m a freshman at university of miami applying for spring! i still haven’t heard yet… my high schools stats were good though, i got a 2220 on sats (790 writing, 750 math, 680 reading) 96.5 gpa on a 100 scale, 100.3 weighted. i had a lot of extracurriculars and a job so i’m reallllyy really hoping to get in! i’m so impatient though i check literally every day i’m going crazy waiting to hear!!</p>

<p>I could swear I read if you have taken any college math courses you are exempt from the test and they just put you in the next level. Because I’m in precalc now and that would be so lame if I had to place into calc, when if I just stayed at cc I could take it the next semester no sweat.</p>

<p>hi i’m going to Rutgers and i was wondering if the only way for transfer students to register was through the Registration Advisement day that they set me up with when i did the placement testing sign up online. I wont be back in NJ until mid January which will definitely screw me with class availability. The people i talked to at students affairs were not really helpful. Does anyone know who i should talk to? I don’t get why its impossible to tell me what classes i need to take regarding my major in computer science and just have an adviser add them in or take off my hold to let me register for myself. I left a message and emailed the assistant dean, i hope i can get help…</p>
