Official SAT Subject Test - Math Level 2 - June 2015

What was the coordinate of the other midpoint?

@Tedeward oh okay. I though you could do that. Otherwise, I would have said two. However, the equation you have me does not have the same graph as the one I remember from the test.

For all of you who have taken other official tests, not barrons, was this easier or harder compared to them. For me,I I felt this was much harder than the old official tests so I am hoping the curve will be more lenient. What do you guys think about the curve?

Does anyone else not remember the asymptote question?? I have no idea what you guys are talking about

@SayYeahh All I remember is that both the x and y were negative

@didierdrogba the question was how many distinct lines you could draw without crossing the function. The function was x/(x^2 -1)

was the midpoint answer choice D?

I think so

@TheSATsSuck Thanks, do you remember what number was it approximately?

@SayYeahh i got C for that and I am pretty sure about that.

How far in to the test was the 2 distinct lines one

Hey guys, what was #35

Also we just broke college confidential record for subject test thread activity

It was 2 lines

3 lines

Y=0 works, check on your calcatoe

It was 2 lines

Y=0 doesn’t work since the graph contains the point (0,0)

Did anyone else have a different equation than x/(x^2-1)? I think I had like x/(x-1)(x+2) or something

Nope
