@deadhead Have you completed all the encouraged courses in addition to required ones? I have only completed the required courses and part of encouraged courses so I’m kinda worried about that.

Send me a private message. I’m applying to AEM in the fall and would love to share stats!

@Jeremy,

Two College Writing/English Composition courses (Completed)
Public Speaking (Took a Communications Technology class, similar so I think it should transfer)
Microeconomics (Currently taking)
Macroeconomics (Completed)
Calculus I (Completed)
Statistics (Taking a Business Stat now)
Encouraged (but not required):
One full year of Introductory Biology (labs not required) (Completed with labs)
One course in either Chemistry or Physics (did not complete)
Courses that meet the CALS social science and humanities course requirements (Took classes that probably will transfer)

hi @deadhead

Very similar !!! except that I have taken physics and a course named Public Speaking but no bio which is my concern :(((((((((

Do they release second round of decisions on Tuesday?

I hope so:)

I have to keep working. I have three exams and two presentations next week. Best of luck to everyone who is still waiting !

good luck jeremy:) i finished my last midterm this week and will enjoy a week without any exam and essay

I had 5 tests lasts week - I’m drained to say the least.

goodness so it’s good to set your clock back and sleep one more hour reviving yourself

I just wanna know! I don’t know whats going to happen afterwards.

Scenario 1: Accepted to Cornell, finish the semester strong and use momentum to stimulate my intellect as much as possible before the Spring semester.

Scenario 2: Rejected, try not to get discouraged and hope for the best. Use winter break to clear my head and gather myself.

@deadhead I’ll have exactly all prerequisites completed this semester. That said, how “big” are prerequisites as a part of an application?
@Jeremystory You said 5-6 out of 120 external transfers are accepted without any agreement. Is there a web page showing that?

@wyk, I would say that they’re important, but at the same time I also see them as a starting point. I visualize admissions looking over the app like “GPA - check. Classes - check. EC’s - hmmmm (ponder, deliberate). Recs - hmmmmm interesting” haha

hey you have a good shot for cornell, even if you are in your worst luck you still have a chance for 2012 fall.

…and just like that they all vanish…

^Hang in there deadhead…your in my thoughts.

HAs anyone received answers from (ILR) Cornell regarding their acceptance for Spring 2012?

@momma-three, you are always so kind! I’m hoping this is a good week for me lol.

Am I the only AAP applicant out there??

@Nicoles I have not heard yet. I’m thinking that we should be hearing in about two weeks. With the decisions coming out until early December.
