<p>sorry for the late post… but I was accepted this afternoon
totally unexpected and I wasn’t even going to log in to check my decision but I guess they liked me for some strange reason. my stats are on the brown transfer thread</p>
<p>I’d just like to add that my stats are far far far far far from perfect but my essays were very UChicago-inspired. That being said, I’m now faced with the decision of choosing between two amazing schools and I feel so incredibly lucky.</p>

<p>Ugh, I just called. They said they’re not going to know if they have spots available until July. They told me to send additional materials if I want to, but they’re mostly looking first to see if they have room in the class. So I’m going to start calling back at the beginning of June after deposits are due.</p>

So basically wait listed students have to wait through half of their summer, and then they find out if they’re in? what a waste. I feel like the wait list is arbitrary at this point.</p>
