@MDNEURO If you can’t log in, is that bad? Were you able to log in? I wasn’t. Does that mean I got rejected?

darn :|

it took me straight to my account… im using google chrome it might have automatically logged in for me

@penguin i dont think the email means your accepted… even though that would be nice :)
i really want to see what elloelise found so i can know for sure!!

it took me straight to my account, as well. so it’s not rly anything special

i just put it up as a joke, i hope no one takes it too seriously… it doesnt mean anything

The link took me straight to my account.

Please let’s not use this as a “maybe those who can get through are accepted” kind of thing. Let’s just be done with that speculation.

im pretty sure everyone can get through unless theres an issue with your browser

mine is still the same. lawlz

if you scroll down and look at collins22, youll see that he got an email and he was deferred. plus UChicago makes a statement but you cant really trust them :P

EDIT: you have to look at his posts to find out that he was deferred

Sheesh, good work. Sherlock Holmes’ reincarnate.

i just find creative ways to procrastinate…
crap i just realized that wouldve made a good essay

I AM A COMPUTER.

No I’m not.

I’m just really nervous about my uchicago admission decision.

ok but i still want to procrastinate so ill start another conversation

how did everyone’s interview go?

mine was incredible. we talked about the college a little but most of our conversation revolved around random topics such as frank lloyd wright, the history of cancer and the effect of the peloponesian war on art. it was great, i had never been able to talk to someone about such widespread ideas. i not only feel like the interview helped my application, but it definitely made me more interested in chicago to the point that its almost my top choice (i still need to visit before i can decide for sure)
my interview lasted a little over 2 hours and he really didnt ask me any strange questions like people say they’re supposed to. we started off with why chicago? and just talked randomly from there
