someone said that a person saw they were accepted first on uscconnect before getting it in the mail? my question is where do you see it exactly on usc connect if your accepted?

I can open the financial aid boxes !

@ uscco2016 Really? You can open the boxes tonight? I tried again and the boxes would not open. Said tech difficulties. Hmmmmmm

Admissions documents is down too. Is is down for everyone?

I am able to log on!! Or at least I was able to when I checked half an hour ago
Last week(end?) I wasn’t able to check my account though

They are probably just cleaning up the accounts especially now with freshman decisions coming in this week.

how early did everyone apply before feb 1st?

I applied about the 2nd week of January.

Also, can log into USC connect but I get an error when trying to click into 2 of the boxes in the financial aid section and 1 of the admissions boxes.
I think it is because they are mailing out the freshman letters tomorrow and they need to have all their stuff up. My guess is we will have everything available again in a few days.
The wait continues.

@Katie same thing with me!

I applied Dec. 1st for writing for the screen and television gahhhhhhhh

One more probably irrelevant thing. Over on the freshman thread, they of course are all freaking out since their letters are mailed today, some people can get into those three boxes on USC connect and some cannot. Again, probably nothing but once their acceptances come out it will be interesting to see if there is a pattern.

I understand that by applying as a transfer, all of us were looked at for the transfer scholarship. Has anyone looked to see how many people got the transfer scholarship and when it came out? Was it both people transferring in as sophomores and juniors? Did their acceptance come early?

oh okey i applied like dec 16th im curious if they are truly rolling admissions. but i cant acess all the financial aid stuff thats odd that some people cant its probably just a technical problem

i can acess*

I can’t access the documents anymore!!

I’m thinking that any of the glitches in the system in our accounts are probably because of the sheer volume of people trying to access USConnect. All of the freshmen applicants are probably freaking out and searching for any sign of an acceptance. Let’s hope one of us transfer applicants hears something next week because that seems to be the time someone heard last year.

@Katie617 Thanks!
Do they ask everyone for an SRG or only to people they are interested in?

only people their interested in because if you look at last years thread theyre are people who just get strait rejected

guys help!! i’m at davis right now and my grades this quarter are so horrible i’m a soph. and this is my 3rd time applying and i CAN’T get rejected a third time. i took chem, bio, and math and i’m applying for business and i got a c in math o.o and my chem is a c plus and i have no idea how i did in bio as grades aren’t posted…what should i do? next quarter, i’m going to try to retake math but idk if they’ll let me because i can’t repeat a course if i passed it. soooo alsdfkjaljfl;a;sfafl i’m at a loss here. I NEED ADVICE/TIPS HOW TO GET A 4.0 NEXT QUARTER it’s my last hope!!!

“@USCAdmission: Get ready! First-year admission decisions were mailed today. Or check your status online at USConnect starting 3/29 at 12:30p PT.”

Have they offered admission decisions online in previous years? I don’t remember them offering it last year when I applied as a high school senior. It definitely would have saved me a lot of stress.

@iloveasianguys - my friend I know that life will be OK. Really. I know how badly you want to go to USC and you are still in the running. However, those are some hard classes and I don’t know what USC will think of those grades. I think that you have to look at your past grades to realistically project what you may get next semester. That is, unless something changes. What might that be? I’m not sure but I do know if you keep doing the same thing over and over again you usually get the same results. Not to be disrespectful but you mentioned that you can’t go out at night. Maybe you need some fun nights out really experiences that night part of college life.
I am hoping everything good for you. Breathe friend, breathe.

I don’t think anyone who will get rejected should be sad or feel like it’s the end of the world because it’s not. Life goes on whether or not we get in and there’s always another chance to experience USC (grad program). Everyone should take it easy and let’s hope we can all get it!

FIGHT ON FUTURE TROJANS!!!
