@megamegss I know it’s not guaranteed, but I’ve also never gotten a clear answer on how much it does mean.

@megamegss to prevent nepotism, if everyone who is a legacy were guaranteed a spot at USC then that would look bad for USC.

Pre-reqs: i only completed IGETC and 2 econ classes
Major:Econ, Dornsife
EC: PTK, 1 internship, 2 part time jobs (server and counseling assistant), Honors Program and certified
PS:5/10 (did it all in one day lol)

@megamegss Eh, when they tell you about it they do state that it’s not a guarantee, however it is an opportunity and that if you get above a 3.6 you have a really good chance.

@megamegss @beachbum0130 I am a sophomore at CSULB, I know my CSU GPA is 3.71 my USC GPA I think is 3.69. I have completed a total of 45 units, with 14 in progress. this semester I’m working on the writing requirement, Calculus (pre req for business) and I forgot which category it is but I believe it is language and arts or something Category V I believe. So i kind’ve expected a SGR. With this semester i will be done with all USC Core, and Pre Reqs for my major (both first and second choice majors). My first choice is Business Admin at Marshall, and my second choice was Psychology at Dornsife. I had two letters of recommendation. Wish me luck guys!

Have any sophomore transfers who applied to Marshall received anything??? I still haven’t gotten an SGR… Is that a bad sign? I feel like it is.
So if you haven’t heard back from USC yet is that a bad thing? I applied for Biochemistry at Dornsife and I haven’t heard anything yet. I’m on TTP.
I’m a Dornsife applicant and I also haven’t heard anything. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad thing. They could just be saving your decision for a mass-release.
Hi I applied to the school of Dramatic arts for BFA theatre. Does anyone know/remember when SDA sent their decisions out last year? also couldn’t log into my yousc account today for a couple of hours said try again later. Could that be a sign of updating in my account? Any help on these Q’s would be great
