<p>According to the handbook, students have a choice b/w restricted housing (guests out by 12midnight) and open visitation (no restriction/pareitals. </p>
<p>It appears (but is not expressly stated) that open visitation is an opition only if the dorm unanimously agrees. </p>
<p>Is my understanding of the policy correct? And with what frequency do dorms (girls' dorms) vote for open visitation? Are there some dorms that historically have opted for the more liberal visitation policy?</p>
