Pending Ivy Transfers

i submitted part one in january and i got my pin shortly thereafter

i still haven't got mine

okay, i got it yesterday

I haven't received it yet, but I managed to get my PIN and password from the website. What portion of the decisions will release tomorrow?

i was thinking they wouldn't release any tomorrow b/c it's sunday, but maybe they have it timed through the computer system? still, admissions offices usually wait until they close on a weekday to post decisions so they aren't swarmed with calls. but i guess this point only strengthens the argument for posting them on sunday, a day they're closed. who knows.

Hmm, yeah, let's see how it goes tomorrow... Do they let us know when decisions are posted by email or something?

I got my green postcard from Penn today. i also got a mail the same time contains the userID and passcode for the online decision acess. Good luck for all of you guys.

I was hoping that the system would be automatic and update at midnight. I don't think anyone will be in on sunday, though I don't know.

If people do get it tonight at midnight, I don't think everyone would. The decisions come out starting May 1st on a rolling basis.

I highly doubt ALL decisions would be out.

Yup, I know.

Posted in the UPenn forum asking if anyone knew how many would be released but no one seemed to have an answer. It could be 80% and 20% rolling. I also wanted to know if in the past all the decisions have been released within a week, month, etc.

Still hoping to be able to check sometime tomorrow and that a majority of decisions will be available. After all, in another thread, two people confirmed that an average SAT and GPA had been calculated.

ya, kkl320 is def right. the person i spoke with when i called about the green card said most people should have decisions by mid-may. I wouldn't expect anything in the immediate future for most of us. plus, they e-mail you when your decision is up on the site. so, there isn't a need to obsessively check every day like many people (myself included) did for Cornell. Good luck, all

-Andy

Yea the transfer office also told me to expect a decision by mid-may. They have to sort through all of the freshman enrollment stuff too, so they might take some time to post our decisions.

anyone get an email?

Nope, the wait continues.

Yeah, if any of us are to get emails today, I think it'll be by 5PM EST because Penn normally releases their regular decisions at that time.

nope. i have a feeling no one will be gettin anything.

penn is pretty slow with just about everything.

anybody get anything yet? It doesn't make sense since May 1st is a Sunday. Hopefully decisions start to be released soon.

i haven't even recieved my pin yet, i've even tried doing that thing with the email but i still end up receiveing nothing.

hnbui, if you email them at eapps@admissions.upenn.edu, they'll send you your pin and password.

Which schools have you guys applied to at Penn?
