Also is it harder to get in Early Action? Unable to decide whether to apply Regular or Early.
Thanks in advance! :)

Yes and No. It’s more difficult to get in early than regular decision. However, you don’t handicap your position by apply early. If you apply early, and are at least somewhat qualified (and you are), you’ll either be accepted or deferred to regular admission. If deferred, you have the same chance of admission as if you applied in December. So, if you can apply early, you should.

Really, the only time not to do it is if you’re applying to a school with a binding early action process. Tech’s early application is not binding (I believe they call it Early Notification).

As for your stats, they look good. Normally you like to see some national awards/competitions from international students, but that depends on the country. Tech can be unpredictable with international applicants, so I can’t say if you’re in or not, but you’re well qualified. Good luck.

Thanks, I actually live in a small town with very limited opportunities,I’ve done fairly well in a couple of Olympiads and stuff but the thing is, the exams were conducted by private organizations-hence they don’t really count! :(

Why would they “not count”? If you performed well in a national competition, put that on your application even if it is a private organization.

ok, hey btw you a senior too?
