<p>I’m not the most knowledgeable on CALS, but I think you have a fighting chance. My worry as an ED applicant is the increase in apps this year (over 4k!) but your background, ECs and volunteerism are impressive.</p>
<p>Scores aren’t everything, and Cornell knows that. I think yours are fine, though. A little low, sure, but impressive nonetheless. </p>
<p>I would say 50/50 shot. If they don’t select you, their loss, right?</p>

<p>The one I would be familiar with is Cornell, and I agree that it’s about 50/50 also.
Great hooks; definitely can make up for the mediocre SAT score.

<p>I know this is late since the ED results for Cornell come out tomorrow, but I just want to say, what ever your decision is, I really commend you. You’re life is by no means easy, but from your scores, I am positive that you work hard for everything, and you deserve your high GPA and scores. Yes, you might think your SATs are a bit low, but they are not, and you have so many other things going for you if you do not believe me!</p>
