<p>Income bracket doesn’t matter (perhaps it may matter if you are applying as a foreing student and need to prove you can afford UW). You need to figure out your unweighted gpa based on a 4.0 scale- easy for you to do the math. You sound like a possibly potential UW student- somewhere in the middle range of applicants. A decision could go either way.</p>
