Berkeley: Match
Stanford: Reach
UPenn: Reach
Caltech: Reach
UCLA: Match (low match if you can pay full freight)
Cornell: Reach
MIT: Reach
U Chicago: Reach
GA Tech: Low match
Princeton: Reach

Do you require financial aid or can you pay full tuition for these colleges? What’s your annual household income?

At Berkeley are you applying to L&S for pure CS or CoE for EECS? The former has a higher acceptance rate so it would be (marginally) easier to get in there.

Also what curriculum does your school follow? CBSE? ICSE? Or a state curriculum?

Anyways, you have really stellar stats so you’re sure to get into a few of them if you can get your ECs and those essays to look good. However, since you’re an international student (makes it hard at schools like MIT)…

MIT - High Reach
Stanford - High Reach
CalTech - High Reach
Princeton - Reach
UPenn - Reach
UChicago - Reach
Cornell - Low Reach
UC Berkeley - Match
UCLA - Match
Georgia Tech - Safety

I can pay full expenses… School follows CBSE . I will be applying to EECS with Nuclear Engineering. Thank you jake 5504 , truust and catria for replying.

GeorgiaTech: Very good chance.
UCLA: Good+ chance.
UC Berkeley EECS, UPenn, Cornell: Good chance.
UChicago: Depends on your essay.
Stanford, Caltech, Princeton: Difficult
MIT: Impossible.

Well , my main aim is to get into UC Berkeley (Because it’s near San Fransisco , Actually I had played San Andreas a lot in my childhood , that’s why I’m attracted to San Fransisco , and I also have a lot of friends at UC Berkeley!)
Thanks Rainman999

Yes especially a berkeley one. You have awesome tests scores and gpa. Berkeley will not be a problem. I am 99% sure you will be getting an acceptance letter to berkeley. You are international as well which helps a ton. If you had better extracuriculars I would say you would be an incredibily strong Stanford and Princeton applicant. You still have a very good chance for those either way. Your stats are way above average for the UCs and you may even get academic scholarships.

Thanks a lot! Jake for your precious answer! It boosted up my confidence. But what type of EC’s do princeton and stanford expect from their applicants?

Some examples are internships, research and things of that sort. These are hard to acccomplish in high school especially without connections. You should still apply to some reachy school besides berkelely because of your academic scores and dat perfect ACT 0.0

It doesn’t have to be an internship or research - just anything that demonstrates passion for the things you like to do.

Yes, the Chicago prompts are difficult but just try to be creative and have fun with it. There aren’t any real rules so address them according to your own understanding of them.
