<p>I am confused by some older threads on this forum. My son applied in September. We paid the application fee. UT received all of the paperwork Wednesday and he was notified today of acceptance. We've paid the enrollment fee and filled out the housing application. Housing is listed as "Active." </p>
<p>Is he in line for his housing choice, or is there still something that needs to be done? Everyone keeps talking about a $50 fee. I'm not sure which fee this is. </p>

<p>Housing may be doing something different this year. In the past, you could pay a $50.00 housing app fee whenever you sent your application in. This 50.00 fee could be paid before you were accepted. Priority of housing was given to the date that the $50.00 was paid. If you do not have that option, then I would call housing on Monday and get some clarification. Sometimes there is someone from housing that posts here but not super often.</p>
