<p>It might not be an issue because they will use your full-year grades to calculate your GPA. However, you're in a semester-based school. I wouldn't know how it alters the decisions, but good luck! :) Just a few more days.</p>

<p>cutoff means deterministic admission decision. At or above, you get an acceptance. Below, a rejection. Mechanical. Fair. Even-handed as every applicaiton reader has a clear rubric to guide the assignment of points. </p>
<p>UCSD is one of the most transparent and open colleges around as far as the admissions process.</p>
