<p>Yeah, I didn’t apply EDII, but I applied RD. And I sent them an email asking if they’d received something I’d mailed about a month previously (was concerned about it actually getting there, as I live in VA). They replied saying that they couldn’t answer because they get such a large amount of mail and applications and that once most of it had been sorted, they’d send an email with a username/password for a portal. So, I don’t think anyone should be concerned.</p>

<p>As a side note, Pomona’s apparent lack of organization is a bit of a plus for me lol. I mean, yes I want to know that everything I sent has been received, but at the same time, Pomona’s laid-back attitude (while still being a top school) was one of its most drawing aspects. And now I’m a bit more sure that it wasn’t just an exaggeration lol</p>

<p>Pomona’s website specifically asks not to call or email them about receiving items. You’ll eventually get the email.</p>

<p>Don’t worry shepherdp, I never got an e-mail. I called them today though and they confirmed that they had everything from me (Mid-Year Report was sent on Friday) and my application was under review. You should call them and check too. Good luck!</p>

<p>They only come by mail im pretty sure. Last year they mailed out ED II on Feb 11th apparently. I have heard that acceptances get mailed first class and rejections regular, but im not sure about deferrals.</p>

<p>omg so everyone who was accepted will find out by monday, most likely (priority mail gets delivered pretty fast)…I dont even want to think about it. all it will do is get my hopes up. good luck everyone</p>

<p>I live in Los Angeles so the letter didn’t have to travel far. My envelope was postmarked yesterday the 10th, though, so I guess they finished mailing out the letters today. :)</p>
