postponed?!

<p>With the stat of 3.76 UW, 28 ACT and accepted, you are extremely lucky. Congratulations!</p>

<p>Not lucky but a hard worker. Remember the midrange scores do not include 25% below or above those numbers.</p>

<p>Some students with high ACTs but lower gpas have not shown they know how to study. Junior year especially counts- improving grades to get a 3.6 means more than steady 3.6 grades or a poor junior year with higher earlier grades. Students with high ACT/SAT scores are capable of doing very well in HS. Some students who lack good study habits will fail in college. This denial for less than stellar grades with a stellar ACT is a wakeup call. Go to another U and transfer- you still get the upper level classes at UW and a UW-Madison degree.</p>

<p>What are my chances after being postponed if I submit a 4.1? I have a 3.81 cumulative. Strong EC/ Leadership. 27 ACT.</p>
