<p>There is a pre-med program which has advisors but it is not in and of itself a major (which is true anywhere). Biology could be one choice of major but you can major in essentially anything and still go to med school, but obviously if you major in biology your required courses for that major will also include a number of the courses required for admission to med school. "Pre-med" is not a choice of major on the app but can be checked as an educational goal. That simply means if admitted you will be provided with info about the program and checking pre-med or not checking it has no impact on whether you will be admitted. Whether you apply biology or undeclared is really your choice</p>
