Hi all! My incoming freshman DS will be picking shortly for housing and was wondering what floor is the best in Pres 1 to live on? Thanks in advance!
It all depends on what your DS is wanting. If they want a good view, I’d recommend 7th floor. If he would like laundry, I believe it’s on the 3rd or 4th. My favorite area in presidential to live would be 7th floor towards the back side near the river. I loved seeing the sunsets. Also the kitchen is on the 7th. But really all the rooms are about the same.
I also saw you posted asking between 2 and 4 bedrooms. I’d recommend the 4 just because that’s what’s most common. there are not many 2 bedrooms. But the 2 bedrooms are very nice.
