Would you all say that it's worth driving up to Tallahassee from South Florida for preview? Looks cool, but I wanted to get the final say from you all.

I think you should definitely visit the campus to get a feel for what it would be like to attend there before making your final decision. My son and husband visited in December of his senior year and took a campus tour and absolutely loved it. He did not attend preview.

We attended preview each time for both our daughters...and we are both FSU graduates. It's a time for the student to really see the university, speak with faculty in areas they are interested in and see the dorms.

My vote: go!

Yes - visit for sure! I remember there being swarms of people in those weekends -- Maybe look at a schedule and determine if the special events going on those weekends would out-weigh more personal attention or a prof meeting or two on a self-scheduled trip when it's a little less busy.

Also -- there aren't any Campus Visit reviews for FSU yet -- fill one out if you end up going! (http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/visits/report_add_form_letter.html)
