Processing Applications and Losing Stuff

i unfortunately sent everything in a disorganized manner......

im applyin to 13 schools

-recomendations were the first thing to arrive at each college in early november (i hope they started up a file for me, my counselor said they do)
- transcript/GC report sent before xmas vacation ( at my U of R account, it says it hasnt reached...do they not process admisisons mail during the holidays?)
- and lastly, i am going to sent my common app/supplements online this week

is it common for colleges to lose peoples stuff if its not all sent together? i know they say they will contact you, but will i be subconsciously be penalized by them if something is missing?

You should be absolutely fine. There's no need to worry.

If they're missing anything, they'll tell you. It's extremely common for people to be missing stuff (or for the colleges to lose stuff). The colleges will tell you about anything that you need that you don't have.

How long do they give before the new stuff is due then?

I'd assume they'd want it ASAP so they can make their admissions decisions.
