same here,Guidance counselor said the scores “were in the mail” We are in Northern NJ.

Anyone know the cutoff for Pennsylvania?

I got mine today. Got 233! I am in NH.

CR: 73 (3 wrongs)
M: 80
W: 80

I also took SAT this October for the first time and got 2340 (CR: 740, M: 800, W: 800).

80 M 80 CR 67 W
227
Award for largest discrepancy in scores, yes? :D

Soph PSAT-
71 M 70 CR 68 W
209

Funny thing is I got a 73 W freshman year. It’s gone down every year LOL. But whateva, I’m uber happy.

Scores should be available online without a code if you already have a QuickStart account…

Jasonleb, I already have a QuickStart account, and I can’t view them without the code :(

We already have Quickstart, but must have this year’s code to access this year’s scores. Awaiting report from GC…

Just got my scores today, and it SUCKS.
The only good thing is that it definitely makes the PA cutoff, so I’m safe for National Merit.

Just got mine in DC: 80 CR 72 M 80 W (232 overall)
I got messed up by the math curve–I got 2 wrong and lost 8 points for it! Seems awful to me, seeing as I got 2 questions wrong in math last year for a 75. :/

There are schools that only distribute the results via snail mail - ours for one.

Then they obviously don’t suck.

^ Agreed.
227 whatup! 69CR, 80M, 78W. Guess I know what I need to work on (and not work on!)
Think it’ll make the MA cutoff? It was 221 last year… along with NJ and another state or two, the highest in the country…

Do these scores actually help predict your SAT score? I really hope so, man

Yes, they do. I took the PSAT in October last year and the SAT in December last year(the weekend before PSAT results came back), and I got exactly the same score in every section on both tests.

My GC has everything back but will not be divulging anything until next week. I’m rather neurotic and have been waiting to find out these scores for so long that I’m about to go insane! >.< I asked if she would be willing to share the access code, but nothin’ doing. I really wanted to get them back before I take the Sat. ACT, too.

Last year, I didn’t even need an access code to see my scores online. I dunno why I need it this year.

76 CR
80 M
79 W
Total: 235

Soooo happy. :D

you think that the state cutoffs will go up/down/stay the same? especially for PA?

@iwantthis, CONGRATS!!
I doubt I even broke 220. But luckily, I’m in Oklahoma, so I don’t need to :)

I know I missed 1 on math, so that’ll drop me 4 points… :/

@alwysgraceful, I think it’s pretty safe to assume that the cutoffs will just be +/- 2.
So if you’re at least 2 above, there’s no need to panic.

Ahh y’all did really well We don’t get our scores till after winter break…I don’t think I can wait that long. Does anyone know the cutoffs yet?

Uh oh… I have not received my results yet, but I skipped three math problems and I know that I got at least one wrong… There’s no possible way that I could score lower than I did last year in the math section (58), but I’m pretty sure my score just dropped about 12 points, give or take.

Ugh… Well, as long as I improve from last year
