question for UCLA transfer students

for a non-impacted major, would you rate a 3.75 GPA as "solid chance" or "borderline"?

and...anyone here an English or American Lit major??

I would say solid.

Get TAP certified and I’ll bet money you’ll get in.

I just transferred for the Fall quarter with a 3.71 for Biz Econ. I’m a TAP student and wrote a great essay, if that makes a difference.

thanks everyone for your input.

unfortunately, my cc (in NorCal) doesn’t offer the TAP program. =(

you’re in, just have all your major requirements completed

yes, have all major, unit, and IGETC requirements completed

look at statfinder.com

all the stats on uc admits.

I have found this cite extremely helpful and i don’t see it mentioned enough on this forum or from counselors.

Your in unless your missing major classes. I got in with a 3.1 as an anthro major, and i know a bunch of sub 3.2 gpa people that were life sciences majors that got in with me as well.
