question on admissions

<p>I was wondering out of the two examples below, which one had the best chance at getting into Harvard.</p>

<li><p>3.5uw + 2400 + Good EC ( national awards, leadership etc.)</p></li>
<li><p>4.0uw + 2400 + Below average EC ( no national awards, not alot of clubs etc.)</p></li>
</ol>

<p>Which one would have the better chance? thank you</p>
