Questions about college applications?

So, I submitted my application for NC State on Sunday and I got a notification today that I’m missing my SAT scores and my transcript. I took the SAT October 1st and I “sent” them to NC State already the day after I took it; will they receive my scores once they’re actually released tomorrow? Then with my transcript, I already sent it through CFNC but it says I haven’t; it says it needs to be sent from my school. Is this something my counselor has to handle and/or should I talk to her directly?

And one last question regarding class rank: I asked my counselor what my class rank was a few months ago (as in she checked my transcript and told me directly) and I was just checking my transcript today and my class rank has since changed. Not dramatically, but it’s changed nonetheless. Should I notify State about this?

Also, on CFNC it said that “Campuses may take up to 3 weeks to process transcripts before they are officially recorded as received.” I DID sent my transcript the day the application was due (it completely slipped my mind before hand), so it is postmarked as on-time. I also submitted my entire application for Early Action on time as well. Will I still be considered for Early Action, given this possible delay?

As much as you want into their school, they want great applicants to apply and eventually attend their school. They’re not going to skewer your app over this. The opposite. They’re ecstatic you’ve applied. Stop worrying.
