Questions about Goizueta BBA admission

Hi, I'm a sophomore this year and I'm planning to apply to goizueta in spring.

But the problem is that I have a serious issue with my gpa,,it's like 3.1.
And I've heard so many times,, that in order to get into goizueta, you need to have a cumulative gpa of 3.5.

I still have this semester to make up for my gpa, but most of the classes I'm taking this year are BBA prereqs.

So am I doomed? Should I just go for the econ+polisci double major.

btw, I heard that you could take core requirement classes like marketing if you get permission from the bba office even if your not going for bba, is this true?

If you do well in the pre-reqs, get a great recommendation (ideally from a b-school prof), and write good essays, then you should be ok. If your grades are trending upward that can also help.

If you don’t get into the program then you can take b-school classes, but you are prioritized last. So any class you want to take needs to have availability after all the b-schoolers sign up.
