just get a cable splitter... you can't watch two things, but you can record on your laptop without unplugging things.

so is that a no to having the two cable connections in the room or what? i know a cable splitter is a possibility, but i'm wondering that since there were the two boxes if theres also two inputs for the cable

Not sure if this has been covered before, but I was wondering how big the closets in the triples in Dykstra are. I'll probably be bringing a decent amount of clothes so that I don't have to do laundry too often.

I was recently placed into a 3 person/3 bedroom apartment in 558 Glenrock. How big are the rooms there? I probably shouldn't complain since I get my own room, but it seems really expensive and I wonder if it's worth the price.

incoming freshman in deneve plaza double. can you please measure how much clearance is under the bed? i wanted to bring some bottled water and i think the best place is under the bed..if it fits.
and do i need a floor lamp? i was going to bring a non halogen desk lamp and a non halogen clip clamp.

Plaza double = huuuuuuuge! Bottled water will fit, no worries. Huge closets btw.

No need for floor lamp. There's a ceiling light

What exactly is Themed Living? I got an email saying that my floor is going to be themed, even though I put down that I didn't want to live in a themed floor as my preference.

you can also loft your beds in a double room for a ginormous space underneath.

Does Dykstra have a microwave(s) so that a microfridge is unnecessary? I'd like to just get a minifridge, but I also need access to a microwave sometimes. I'm on the third floor, if it's relevant.

The microwave is one floor down

Good 'cause I bought a minifridge already! :D Thank you Pink.

In a sunset Village triple, private bath, is there already a cabinet under the sink. My roomates want to get a 3 drawer plastic unit for the bathroom. Will there be room for that?

hey everyone,
i can't seem to go on to the housing move-in website that had all the information about rommates, move-in times, and the parking ticket. does anyone know how i can get on that site again? thanks.

thank you so much!! and just one last question, at the end of the move-in application, are we supposed to get a confirmation number? because mine's blank

No problem! :)

I don't have a confirmation number. I think you just have to print out your parking permit.

anyone remember during signup for rooms that they had that floor plan of hedrick attached with the room numbers and the categories of each of the rooms (triples/doubles/male/female)? if you do, does anyone know where to find that now, the only one i seem to be able to find is the standard floorplan without the room designations

I think they only have that during room sign ups.
