Really low gpa, super stressed can anyone chance me?

My unweighted gpa is like a 3.2 and my weighted is like.....a 3.5-3.6.
I've had a rough family life, parents are very hostile and destroy my confidence. I've always had to watch my little sisters cause my parents work extremely hard and they're never really home together. I know it shouldn't be an excuse but I've honestly had more important things to deal with than academics.

Class Rank: Top Quarter
First generation Bangladeshi American
I go to a Magnet school in Northern Virginia

Schools I'm going to apply to:

UVA, Wake Forest UMiami (I know all are SUPER reaches but they're my dream schools. I'm only applying to one though. Which one would be easiest to get into for me?)

Virginia Tech (Non Engineering)
JMU
Penn State (Petroleum Engineering)
Texas A&M (Petroleum Engineering)

VCU and George Mason (The schools I know I can get into for sure. Not saying I'm guaranteed admission obviously but I know I have a high chance of getting in. I don't really want to go to these schools though.

Put a lot of thought into your essays; an outlook on how hard life was for you (or something of the sort) could help you out. If you don’t end up getting into one of your dream schools/reaches, there’s always the transfer option :)

I’m only truly familiar with Virginia school from your list. I think you’re in to Tech and JMU with what you’ve got now, and the school you attend will be a plus. Don’t count yourself out of UVa, though relative to your classmates, how so you stack up? That will be the comparison point I expect. Id cover the hardships on your essays but try to spin it so it won’t sound whiny, but more that it helped you mature and find some sort of direction for your own future. Are you going to need aid? Have you looked at Delaware for engineering? GOod aid packages from them, and a nice school worth checking out de,pending on why you want to study.

Most of the people in my class are potheads and aren’t doing that hot.

The average unweighted is probably a 2.7 and the average weighted is 3.0.
My school doesn’t rank but I’d probably say top 10-20%.
I’ll have taken 7-8 APs by the end of highschool while 50% of kids haven’t taken any and only about 9-10 kids will have more AP classes than me.
