<p>ahk, I dropped a class and received a W, yes. It was not, however, part of the lower division prerequisites for my major, as is the case with you. Still, if I were you, I would notify the UARS office that I’d be taking differential eq’s over the summer GUARANTEED so that they might possibly show some leniency, and not rescind their offer of admission. Like I said in the other thread, I spoke with a transfer rep on the phone yesterday who did me the favor of what 5 other admissions people at UCLA couldn’t: a vague/general outline of the review process that takes place when someone notifies them that they’re schedule has changed. Good luck, and hang in there. I know that it can be stressful. I am still waiting to hear about the outcome of my own plea.</p>

<p>Hi guys! I thought I would share my experience w/ everyone since dropping courses / changing schedules seems to be very common… I was unable to get into a Statistics class this semester because the class was full… I do not have a W but this is a prereq for my major… I also dropped 2 other classes (they were not required for my major or to transfer…) I added two different classes, again these are not a requirement… </p>
<p>I am registered to take the Statistics class (required for Psychology major) at Cal State Dominguez Hills during their Spring Intersession session that ends June 10. </p>
<p>I just received confirmation today! These changes will NOT affect my enromment admissions… They did change the verbiage to state that my acceptance is contingent upon getting at least a B in all 3 of the classes I added… No problem! </p>

<p>by the way, I submitted my request last Monday April 26 via their online problem form… Plus I had sent numerous emails and talked to a couple different people at admissions… Most gave me the “typical response,” but one rep did confirm the classes were equivalent between CSUDH & UCLA. </p>
<p>Last Friday I talked to the head admissions rep, Casey Hunter. I was onsite at UCLA for the stomp conference and Casey reminded me that UCLA chose us and wants us! </p>

<p>–> ahk: I got in. They didn’t rescind me. I withdrew from a non prereq course that wasn’t required for IGETC or to reach 60 uc transferable units. I hope that this helps some of you. Please keep in mind that they say each case is reviewed individually, and that my case might not be the same as yours. Thanks for the help and support, everyone.
