Recommendation Letter from Retiring Teacher?

<p>I'm a rising senior. Both my math and science teachers are leaving our school, so I asked my math teacher if he could write me a recommendation for next year. He'll be teaching at the virtual school until July, so I'm supposed to email him the materials he needs. Trouble is, I'm not sure how to do that with the common app. I can't add him as a recommender until the Common App opens for this year. Is there a PDF so I can find out what questions he needs to answer? If I could get a copy of that, it could all be ready for August when the app opens. Or is there another way I should be handling this?</p>

<p>You can have him fill out a paper copy that can be mailed to the school. Sign up for common app, go to “assign recommend” and have him fill out a copy of the questions/evaluations. Actually, since I don’t know if you can access it on common app if it’s not open, PM me. I might still have a copy saved in the downloads folder on my computer. Keep in mind it may change for this year, but it generally stays the same year to year</p>
