Regarding Resumes

<p>UHM...so i'm applying to a bunch of top teir schools, and i never planned on sending a resume until one of my friends, and then again someone on here said they were sending one/sent one. </p>

<p>I am a little foggy on the concept, seeing as all of the info in a resume already went on my application (all common app). am i missing something? what else would possibly go on the resume that isnt on the app, and what is the value of me sending one in?</p>

<p>im applying to duke, dartmouth, cornell, middlebury, tufts, colgate, emory, brandeis...</p>

<p>I wouldn't send one. As you said, they're already getting the information. Unless it adds something special to your profile, admissions people are probably going to be annoyed and not read through it (just my guess).</p>
